What this includes:
The rent includes the accommodation, council tax, water rates, heating, lighting, meals and support. It does not include a telephone in the residents own room or any form of personal care. Prospective residents are required to come for a trial stay before being offered a permanent tenancy. The cost quoted for this for each house is for single occupancy, the charge would be higher for a couple.
